Rebuild and enhance an existing toolkit/workbook with a fresh visual identity to create an engaging and immersive educational experience for new team leaders at Gap’s “Great Boss” training sessions.
The solution
Gap’s upbeat and energetic training experience was translated into a fun and colorful 70-page workbook.
A clean look, tone and feel (including organized layouts, unique textures, custom icons, vibrant dividers in brand colors, and more) made the content scannable, digestible and engaging — inviting users to mark-up the workbook with notes of their own.
The spiral binding made it easy to take notes throughout and enabled future edits or additions without full and costly reprints.
